There has always been a lack of ‘human skills’ in the technological field, as engineering is basically expected to solve technical problems. We’ve recognized this gap for some years ago, and started to include project working in our studies. Group work and solving real-life (business-based) challenges have turned out to provide students with skills they need in working life and we´ve received good feedback from businesses.
