As a Research Associate in EU-funded projects, I’ve come to truly appreciate the value of soft skills. From managing other researchers to navigating complex administrative processes, communication, adaptability, and problem-solving are very essential skills. Whether it’s managing or responding to unforeseen challenges, soft skills such as resilience, teamwork, and strategic thinking have proven crucial in keeping everything on track.
