In my opinion, it is worth discussing soft skills and their “green” version. Firstly, many people are not aware that these soft skills can help in the actual management of organizations and increase their efficiency. On the other hand, if we want to run a business in a sustainable way, we must consider not only the highest possible economic profit as the main goal of our activity, but also take into account social and environmental aspects. Acquiring and developing green soft skills will certainly help in such action that will be consistent with the principles of sustainable development. It should also be added that any soft skill can be “green” provided that it helps to combine economic, social and environmental results. So it is worth learning in general what they are and how to use soft skills in business practice and be aware and able to use them in a “green way”.
